This document outlines the terms, conditions, code of conduct, and legal declaration that every applicant must agree to before applying for a Press Identity Card from Vishva Seva Sangh News.

By submitting the application form, I hereby declare and confirm that:

• All information provided by me is true, correct, and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
• I am not involved in any criminal activity, legal dispute, or pending court case of any nature.
• I am not currently associated with any other newspaper, media house, news portal, or news agency as a reporter, correspondent, or in a similar capacity.
• I am of legal age (18 years or above) and mentally competent to enter into this agreement.
• I am a citizen of India and hold a valid Aadhar Card and other required documents.
• I will inform the organization immediately if any of the information above changes.

As a Press ID holder associated with Vishva Seva Sangh News, I agree to:

• Follow the highest standards of journalistic ethics and integrity at all times.
• Report news truthfully, fairly, objectively, and without bias.
• Respect the privacy and dignity of every individual while performing my duties.
• Never use the Press ID to threaten, extort, or intimidate any person or organization.
• Never engage in fake news, yellow journalism, or paid news activities.
• Respect the constitution, national symbols, and sovereignty of India.

• All news reports, articles, photographs, videos, and content submitted while associated with Vishva Seva Sangh News shall remain the intellectual property of the organization.
• Content must be original. Plagiarism or content copied from other sources without credit is strictly prohibited.
• The editorial team reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject any content submitted for publishing.
• You are free to share and promote your published content on social media with proper attribution to the organization.

• The holder is solely responsible for their actions and any misuse of the Press ID.
• The organization reserves the right to cancel or deactivate any Press ID at any time without prior notice, if any violation is found.
• The organization shall not be liable for any illegal acts committed by the Press ID holder.
• Any legal dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of District Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh only.
• Upon termination, the holder must immediately stop using the Press ID and surrender it to the office.

• The fee is a one-time joining fee — no monthly or yearly charges apply.
• Press ID is valid for 1 year from the date of issue, subject to renewal.
• Renewal fees, if applicable, will be communicated before expiry.
